I did a survey, which is very useful for me. Please let me know what you have for your home insurance. If you are a monthly or annual basis. The position of your house. The value of your home. As your home. If you have a flood insurance policy. What do you like taxation. Please ignore the idiot who said that just to answer my question. You have a number of owners who pay for insurance. Meaningful choice, you make a home, you, you have the number of salaries,? You are great! Please keep the answer for the future. I really need an annual rate. I did report. I’m doing a report, as I said! I can not understand why people do not answer the question on this site. I mean, this is for. Not for others ask, “Why did you ask.” I do not understand this.

I pay yearly 420 dollars for a 180000 home, with an outbuilding in Ohio. No flood insurance, 5000 deductable.
I pay $600 per year, I could pay monthly…but choose to get it over with.
I am in middle Tennessee
I paid $101,000 for my home last year, but have made many improvements…the value is probably closer to $135,000 – $150,000 now.
It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath on 2 acres…with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath double wide mobile home I rent out (both are included/insured for this amount).
I do not need flood insurance.
I have a $500 deductable
Hope that helps. Oh…I thumbed down the idiot
I pay $650 per year w/$1000 deductible in Phoenix, AZ. Value is $200,000. Sq ft. is 1200 and flood ins not required. good luck
It’s POINTLESS how much I pay. And the MARKET value of the house is IRRELEVANT to how much coverage you need.
And, I’m in a 100 year (high risk) flood plain, in hurricane alley – but have no flood insurance. So what good does THAT do you?
Well, since you said please:
In Ohio, 300K in coverage for “supreme” (all the bells a whistles) $800 year billed via escrow billing $1000 deductible, 2400SF full basement 2 story with outbuildings + pool in PC9 . My replacement cost is very close to property value. No flood insurance.
