ADVISORY

Homebuyers and home sellers should keep in mind that the data above is simply a snapshot in time, and is not conclusive of the pricing trends for any community. For some communities presented above, very few homes were sold during June 2006, which makes the use of the median price metric of limited value. The data must be evaluated over a longer duration, and involve multiple metrics to fully understand enduring market trends. Contact your Realtor to obtain information about enduring market trends for any given community.

  6. Best song for a show ever. Especially HIMYM, I also heard it on SIRXM U.

  7. The guitar melodies themselves I believe represent the message of a constant search for purpose life. It’s a never-ending search that follows you to your grave, much like the ending of this song. The man in this song never does find his “rolex,” but he never stops trying to find it. I think its an absolutely beautiful and well crafted song.

  14. @sta3yha8ppy maybe it does seem superficial but the intended purpose of the lyrics, while having an undertone of searching for something that you can’t find, is reverse psychological in that not everything needs to be seen with a specific purpose

  15. @trickybri What a completely superficial view on the lyrics of the song.
