inquiry alert from sears/citi question + paid off all debt happy dance
I just got an alert from TransUnion because Sears/Citi did an inquiry. I did not request a CLI. However, I did do a couple things yesterday - 1 - paid my balance in full 2- requested a replacement card Could either of those reasons have caused it? Going to stick it in the sock drawer for now. i had cut up most of my cards a few months back so i wouldnt be tempted to use them until they were all PIF.

re-opening a Macy’s account, any recent experience?
I have been reading many posts regarding old Macy's accounts being re-opened. I am looking to add a store card and thought it may be possible to just re-open mine that I had and was in perfect standing with (which I had closed without thinking...it was actually my first piece of credit). The posts I found were from the last few years...I figured I'd ask if anyone's had any luck with this recently. I'd rather try and do it this way, then to have to re-apply and add an inquiry. Thanks!

Hello, I was wondering if I can get some insight on Equifax and Transunion lenders. I have the least inquiries on those two credit bureaus so I'm definitely trying to stay away from Experian. My scores are also higher on EQ and TU.

Fashion Bug reporting question
My mom has a Fashion Bug/Lane Bryant card that was issued by Spirit of America National Bank...In January the account moved to World Financial Network or something along those lines and I've noticed that since then her credit report doesn't have the new account. Her report shows the account closed/transferred to another lender and shows a 0 balance.
