My husband and I currently have a truck, there is a comprehensive auto insurance policy in Texas. If you buy a new car (thus removing the truck and add a new machine, but our policy does not change anything), insurance companies will run on his record of leadership do?

  1. Hi,

I did that here in CA, and NO they did not. Same thing goes for “good student discount”, you only need it for 1 semester (college). So if you try hard 1 semester and get A’s & B’s you will have a good student discount forever I’m guessing… :)

  2. Probably not, since it costs them money to do it. Unless you’ve had a claim history, they won’t do it regularly due to the cost.

  3. Generally speaking, the only time the insurance company looks at your driving record is when they are about to renew your policy. Try this site to find the best auto insurance

Here you can get quotes from different auto insurance companies in your area, its the best way to find an affordable auto insurance with a reliable company.

  4. I would say no,, but occasionally they will, if it has not been checked in the last 18 months.if he has a ticket which is going to show up, just tell them.

  5. Most likely not. Only if you were to purchase another policy from a different’ company. Why? Is your husband hiding something? lol.
