You have to buy an insurance for your house. Not to hate it but lenders want to be sure of their money. Some insurances are private and some are government depends on your loan. But homeowners just have to have it. It’s part of being a homeowner.
Ask your friends…. stay local….. use reputable companies…. steer clear of sharks like MartyS, MS… above. Terrible rating and very poor advise.
